Here's what you'll need:
- Place the sliced Zucchini in the small bowl and evenly coat it with sea salt. Let it sit for 10 -15 mins. The salt will draw out the excess water of the Zucchini.
- Drain and squeeze out the remaining water and if you wish, lightly pan sear the Zucchini strands in a frying pan with oil before serving.
- Serving with your favourite pasta sauce and meat.
